Cancellation Policy Your appointments are very important to me, and they are reserved especially for you. I understand that life happens and schedules can change, but I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a fee equal to 30% of the scheduled service. No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged 30%.
